Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases of The Legendary Labz Peptide Research Guide ("the Guide") from Legendary Labz LLC ("Legendary Labz," "we," "us," or "our"). Because we offer both a digital product and a made-to-order physical product, please read the section that applies to your order.

Digital Edition (PDF)

The Digital Edition delivers immediate access to downloadable, proprietary intellectual property, including all current and future quarterly updates. For this reason, all sales of the Digital Edition are final and non-refundable once the order is placed and the download has been made available to you. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive instant access and you waive any right of cancellation or withdrawal for the digital product.

Delivery problems are different from refunds. If you are unable to download or open your PDF, or you did not receive your download link, contact us at service@legendarylabz.com and we will promptly re-send your file or resolve the issue. We stand fully behind delivery — you will always receive a working copy of what you paid for.

Hardcover Collector's Bundle

Each hardcover is printed and bound to order, and the bundle includes consumable gift items. For these reasons we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. The following protections apply:

  • Damaged or defective items: If your hardcover arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
  • Lost or undelivered shipments: If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement.
  • Order cancellation: Because the hardcover enters production quickly, cancellation requests for the physical edition must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, the hardcover order can no longer be cancelled. Any digital component included in your order follows the Digital Edition terms above once it has been accessed.
  • Gift items: For health and safety reasons, food and consumable gift items (such as coffee and syrup) are non-returnable.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us at service@legendarylabz.com and we will review and correct any verified billing error.

Email service@legendarylabz.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
