This Shipping Policy explains how Legendary Labz LLC delivers The Legendary Labz Peptide Research Guide. Delivery depends on the edition you purchase.
Digital Edition (PDF)
The Digital Edition is delivered electronically. A download link is emailed to you immediately after your purchase is completed — there is no physical shipment and no shipping charge. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact service@legendarylabz.com and we will re-send your access right away.
Hardcover Collector's Bundle
The hardcover is printed and bound to order, and the digital copy included with it is delivered instantly at checkout so you can begin reading immediately.
- Production & processing time: Your hardcover and the included gifts ship within approximately two (2) weeks of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.
- Carrier & method: We ship via the most economical ground service available for your address — USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, whichever is the lower cost. We choose the cheapest reliable ground option at the time your order ships.
- Estimated transit time: Ground delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 2–7 business days after the package is dispatched, depending on your location.
- Bundled gifts: All included gift items ship together with your hardcover in the same shipment.
- Shipping cost: Any applicable shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to order, please contact service@legendarylabz.com before purchasing and we will let you know whether we can accommodate your destination.
Shipping address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and re-shipment to a corrected address may incur an additional charge.
Delays
Production, carrier, holiday, and weather conditions can occasionally affect delivery timelines. We will do our best to keep you informed if your order is affected.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please see our Return & Refund Policy and contact service@legendarylabz.com with your order number so we can make it right.
