These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Legendary Labz LLC ("Legendary Labz," "we," "us," or "our") and your purchase and use of The Legendary Labz Peptide Research Guide and related materials (collectively, the "Guide"). By accessing our site or purchasing the Guide, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the Guide.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract to purchase or use the Guide. The Guide is intended for qualified adults using it for educational and research purposes.

2. The Product

The Guide is an educational reference publication available as a digital PDF (Digital Edition) and as a printed hardcover (Collector's Bundle). It compiles and explains published research about various compounds. It is an informational work product — not a service, consultation, or supply of any physical compound.

3. License and Intellectual Property

The Guide and all of its content — text, profiles, tables, graphics, formatting, and compilation — are the exclusive property of Legendary Labz LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The Digital Edition is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access the Guide for your own research and educational use.

You may not, and may not permit others to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, lend, sublicense, publish, post publicly, share login or download links, remove proprietary notices, or use the Guide or any portion of it to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system. Files may be encrypted and/or watermarked to the purchaser. Any unauthorized use terminates your license immediately and may result in legal action.

4. Quarterly Updates

Authorized purchasers receive each new quarterly edition at no additional cost for as long as the Guide continues to be published. This is a benefit of authorized purchase and not a guarantee of perpetual future publication.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and by purchasing you agree to their terms in addition to ours.

6. Educational and Research Disclaimer

The Guide is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes for adult researchers. It is not medical, health, legal, veterinary, or other professional advice, and nothing in it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The Guide does not recommend, endorse, encourage, or instruct the human consumption or use of any compound. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legendary Labz LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Guide or site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Guide.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legendary Labz LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Guide, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Third-Party Links and References

The Guide and site may reference or link to third-party studies, registries, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access or license if you breach these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the site or Guide after changes constitutes acceptance.
